Property styling services in Melbourne

We prepare Melbourne homes for sale. Not with the same furniture package every other campaign uses, but with real art and collected pieces chosen for your property. The goal is simple: buyers who walk in and want to live there.

How it Works

1. A conversation a phone call or an email. We learn about the property, the campaign and what you're hoping to achieve.

2. A walk-through, we visit, room by room, and start forming a view. What the house does well, what needs handling, and what each space could be.

3. The transformation, once we agree on the approach, we style. You get the property back ready for photography and first inspection.

What we do

Styling for sale
Full styling of your property for the sale campaign, whether it's empty or you're still living in it. Furniture, art,
objects and plants, chosen for the house rather than pulled from a standard package.
Advice and consultation
If you'd rather do the work yourself, we'll walk the property with you and tell you what to keep, what to move, what to buy and what to hide. Practical, room by room, no obligation to book anything further.
Decluttering and simplifying
Most homes photograph better with less in them. We work out what stays and what goes, and handle the getting-it-out-of-the-way part.
Furniture
Pieces selected for the property, not the warehouse default. Delivered, placed and collected after the campaign.
Art and objets d'art
This is where we differ from most stylists. Rod is a collector, so the art on your walls is real, chosen, and
unlikely to appear in any other listing that weekend. It's the fastest way to make a property memorable.
Indoor plants and garden
Greenery inside, and enough attention outside that the first photograph and the first impression both land.
Storage
Somewhere for everything that shouldn't be in the house during the campaign.
Preparation and repairs pre-sale
The small things buyers notice and vendors stop seeing. We'll flag them, and arrange the work where you'd rather
not.

What it Costs

Most projects land between $3,000 and $10,000. Where yours sits depends on the size of the property, how
many rooms need furnishing, and how long the campaign runs.  A partly furnished two-bedroom sits at the lower end. A large
empty house needing every room done sits at the upper. We'll give you a fixed number after the walk-through, before
you commit to anything.
